• HSS / High Season Surcharge (During periode of staying : 01 July - 31 August 2019 ) will applied with additional cost for each period per room per night (see the above Price list )
• PSS / Peak Season Surcharge (During periode of staying : 22 Dec 2019 - 5 Jan 2020) will applied with additional cost for each period per room per night (see the above Price list ) and with minimum staying 5(five) night or more to make a booking

  Room Occupancy Policy :
• The maximum room occupancy is 2 adults & 2 children under 12 years old (depending on room size)
• Available for Single Bed, Double Bed, or Twin Bed
• Check-In Time is 02.00 pm / 14.00 hours
• Check-Out Time is 12.00 am / 12.00 hours
• Late Check-Out is maximum until 06.00 pm / 18.00 hours with additional charged of 50% from the Room Rate
• FULL Room Rates will applied for Late Check-Out after 06.00 pm / 18.00 hours
  
  Children & Extra Bed Policy :
• Infant 0 - 4 year(s), staying for free if using existing bedding. If you need a baby cot there may be an extra charge
• Children 5 - 11 years, staying for free if using existing bedding
• Guests over 11 years old are considered as adults
• The extra beds are dependent on the room you choose, some room is not comfort for an extrabed
• Children less than 5 years old will get free of charge breakfast and less than 12 years old get 50% off the adult price
  
  Terms of Payment :
• We accept two forms of payment : Cash or Credit Card. All payment should be settled in our RUPIAH money (IDR)
• You can also settle the payments by telegraphic transfer or Bank's drafts
• Although it is not our policy to levy cancellation or "no show" fees of any kind, a late notice of cancellation may result a claim from Hotel. Will inform to you upon making reservation
